Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window You may return items within 30 days from the date of receipt. Returns after 30 days are not accepted (except for defective items).

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We accept returns for buyer’s remorse and defective items.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable (except for quality issues): Underwear, swimwear, customized products, cosmetics, personal care items, opened hygiene products, digital products, clearance/final sale items.

4. How to Return

  1. Contact customer service to request a return (via email or your account).
  2. Once approved, ship the item back using our provided return label. Return Address: POSSE Texas Warehouse (exact address provided in approval email).

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • US Orders: Customer pays return shipping for non-defective returns; POSSE covers defective returns.
  • International Orders: Customer pays return shipping.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.
  • Defective items are fully refunded with no fees.
